Use this page to post and manage announcements.

Announcements page

Search everywhere

  1. To search everywhere, click this box.

    Global search box

  2. Start typing. The results update automatically.

This searches all customers and accounts.

Search announcements

  1. To search for announcements, click this Search box:

  2. Type the text to search.

  3. Press Enter on your keyboard.

This searches in the Category and Subject columns.

Filter by category

  • To filter by category, click this dropdown beside the search box:

Add a new announcement

  1. To add an announcement, click this button:

    This opens the Add New Announcement dialog:

  2. Select a category and type in the subject.

  3. Click Start Date and End Date to pick the dates to show the announcement.

  4. Add your HTML with the content to show in the announcement.

  5. Click Save.

Manage categories

  1. To manage categories, click this button.

    This opens the Categories dialog:

  2. To add a category, click this button:

    In the new row, type in a title and click the dropdown to select a tenant.

  3. To change the order, click and drag this icon:

  4. To delete a category, click this button:

    Delete button

  5. Click OK.

Sort the table

  1. To sort the table, click any heading with this icon: Unsorted

  2. Click more than once to change the sorting:

    • Unsorted Unsorted

    • Unsorted Low-to-high

    • Unsorted High-to-low
