Discount Codes: Global

Use this page to manage discount codes for prop customers. Global discount codes work for all tenants.

Search everywhere

1. To search everywhere, click this box.

   

2. Start typing. The results update automatically.

This searches all customers and accounts.

Search and filter global discount codes

1. To search for global discount codes, click this Search box:

   

2. Type the text to search.

   This searches in the Code and Description columns.

3. To filter by status, click this dropdown:

   

4. Click the Search button.

5. To copy a code, click this button:

   

Add a new code

1. To add a new global discount code, click this button:

   

   This shows the Add New Discount Code dialog:

   

2. Type in a discount code in the Code field.

   Type a number in the Amount field. You can pick a percentage or a fixed dollar amount.

   Add a description to the Description field.

3. Change optional settings:

   • Set the refund amount, profit share, or bonuses.

   • Limit the discount to certain plans.

   • Limit the number of uses.

   • Select specific customers

4. Change the start and end date if needed.

5. Use the selector at the bottom to make the code active or inactive.

6. Click OK to save.

Sort the table

1. To sort the table, click any heading with this icon:

2. Click more than once to change the sorting:

   • Unsorted

   • Low-to-high

   • High-to-low

Download global discount codes

To download data from the table:

1. Use any options on the page to sort and select the data you want to download.

2. Click this button:

   

This downloads the current view as a CSV file.
