Orders

Use this page to manage orders.

Search everywhere

1. To search everywhere, click this box.

   

2. Start typing. The results update automatically.

This searches all customers and accounts.

Search orders

1. To search for orders, click this Search box:

   

2. Type the text to search.

3. Press Enter on your keyboard.

This searches in these columns:

• WooCommerce Order ID
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email

Filter orders by status

• To filter orders by status, click this dropdown:

  

Add and remove discount codes

You can change the discount code for an order:

1. If there is no code in the Discount Code column, click this button to add one:

   

2. Click the dropdown to select a discount code. You can type to search.

3. Click Assign.

4. You can also remove a discount code with this button:

   

Add and remove affiliates

You can also change the affiliate for an order:

1. If there is no affiliate in the Affiliate Code / Affiliate Name column, click this button to add one:

   

2. Click the dropdown to select an affiliate. You can type to search.

3. Click Assign.

4. You can also remove an affiliate with this button:

   

Sort the table

1. To sort the table, click any heading with this icon:

2. Click more than once to change the sorting:

   • Unsorted

   • Low-to-high

   • High-to-low

Re-process an order

• To re-process a failed or canceled order, use this button:

  

Download orders

To download data from the table:

1. Use any options on the page to sort and select the data you want to download.

2. Click this button:

   

This downloads the current view as a CSV file.
